Hi, I'm Ravinder 👋

Work Philosophy
I’m a Product Designer focused on solving complex problems at scale, where design decisions directly impact efficiency, conversion, and real-world operations.
My approach is rooted in product thinking: understanding the system, identifying core friction, and designing solutions that are simple, effective, and built for real-world use. I focus on simplifying workflows, improving decision-making, and bringing clarity to data-heavy systems.
I’ve worked across logistics, ecommerce, and enterprise platforms, designing systems that are complex but yet intuitive.

Why choose me

Sourajit Das | Director, Product
Ravinder has been instrumental in modernizing our core operational interfaces. His work isn't just aesthetically pleasing; it has fundamentally altered how our teams function. One of your most significant growth areas this year has been his commitment to Ground Visits. By moving out of the office and into the hubs and onto the streets with our riders, he has transitioned from "designing for users" to "designing with empathy." This first-hand perspective is evident in the FM app revamp, where you accounted for real-world constraints that are often missed in a boardroom setting.

Vidur Malhotra | Director of engineering
I have worked closely with Ravinder on MidMile, and I’m impressed by his clarity of thought. He consistently dives deep into all areas of the project, ensuring a thorough understanding of the problem. What sets him apart is his ability to balance both design and business needs, always considering how his solutions align with business objectives while maintaining a user-centered approach. His attention to detail and strategic mindset makes him a valuable asset to the team.

Jasneet Kaur | Design Manager
He has streamlined the processes such as RVP QC, Log-in, and NDR in order to reduce the TAT taken in process completion. He has done the proper field research respectively over the use cases.
Life Beyond Design
I grew up in an army family, moving across different parts of India, and later spent most of my formative years in Mumbai. These experiences shaped how I adapt quickly, observe closely, and stay comfortable with fast-paced environments.
Outside of design, I spend time playing guitar, traveling, and riding. These things help me stay curious, grounded, and creatively refreshed.
